Tactical and Point-of-Sale Marketing
Strip

Strip (a.k.a Ministry of Waxing in the UK) is Singapore’s top-of-mind hair removal salon with a presence in major cities across the world.

Over 3 years of making eye-catching, thumb-stopping visuals with the brand, we’ve contributed to a new standard of depth and quality creative work for the beauty salon industry. Here are some of the stragglers– cute and impactful ideas in their own right, but that did not necessarily make it into a full-blown integrated campaign. There’s a lot more where these came from!

A time-sensitive digital tactical campaign running with the hype of the 2016 Rio De Janeiro Olympics.

Facebook advertising limitations made coming up with the visual a tricky challenge:
1) the words "2016 Rio Olympics" could not be used; 2) the official 5 rings olympics logo could not be used; and
3) the Brazilian flag could not be used.

Yet, we needed the viewer to immediately understand the concept and value proposition.

The result is a clever play on implied association to deliver the message in a concise manner using only abstract graphic elements and colours.

And it worked. The great performance of this campaign led Facebook representatives to reach out to the brand for further collaborations.
